Rodney and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB of packing and storing my belongings during my home renovation! They brought everything back in perfect condition and set it back up, exactly as it had been! These men were extremely courteous, organized, and professional! They protected my new carpets and walls and did not damage anything during the move! Elsa, Dina and Maria were in charge of packing and unpacking all of my personal belongings. These ladies worked very diligently and were extremely careful when packing my items. They were very courteous and placed everything back just as it was before they started. They took photos as they packed items and everything was out back just right! We had a great experience with Stanley Restoration. They made an otherwise extremely stressful situation pretty easy and smooth. They came and packed out all the contents of our home for an insurance claim and then brought it all back at the end. They took care with our items and communicated very well. Richard was a great project manager. Ashley and her team (Josefina, Claira, and Dina) did a great job packing up our contents then unpacking and putting them all back where they belonged. Christi was also wonderful to work with. They were all very professional, very communicative, and did a great job!

We used Pinnacle Restoration to help us following a hot water line leak in the crawl space under our house that did extensive damage to our hardwood floors. Another company was used to dry the crawl space and when they left the job the subflooring was still very moist. We consulted with Pinnacle Restoration and hired them to complete the drying process. The hardwood flooring company we hired to replace the floors was very complimentary of the work done by Pinnacle. Their charges were reasonable and fully covered by our insurance company. I have struggled with contractors in the past, so I put them through the wringer initially but they are hands down the best team I worked with.
